My Doctor said this was the BEST High Potency Iron ❤️ She has always steered me in the best direction as far as medicine goes, I have had NO side effects and I have been on this for over 10+ years.Easy to swallow, absorption rate seems to be good.However, I don't understand why it has added color. It does nothing to add to it and in fact a lot of the "certified artificial colors" have negative benefits. Thankfully its not red as I am allergic.I like this formulation because it doesn't have the drug interactions and dietary restrictions of ferrous sulfate but I don't feel like it works as well.My Doctor recommended Feosol iron since my iron was low along with low blood. From daily use of this great product, I no longer have this health problem, as my iron and blood levels are perfect. Thank you Amazon!Best brand for iron absorption.
