This is a keeper! I just LOVE it! Have tried MANY different brands and types over the years, and this is my best "find" so far! Here is what I love about this hot brush: 1) The "bristles" are actually stiff tourmaline "nubs" that do not appear to be prone to the issues with many other hot brush bristles - i.e. that they bend, then break off. And they "grip" your hair, making each stroke you make with the brush more effective, and therefore you can get done quicker. 2) The brush itself has that same non-slip cool grip, which is very effective. 3) It is fast-heating.Lastly: I have been buying 1.5" hot brushes, believing the large barrel necessary for smoothing my curly (although not long) hair. However this brush did not state the size of the barrel, so I took a chance. It is 1.25" (visually, this makes a BIG difference!), and - contrary to my belief - I actually get my hair straighter! Highly recommend this hot brush. By the way, I DO NOT USE Hot AIR brushes! Can't stand the noise.
