I used parchment paper between the iron and the letters. The iron was set on its highest setting. I ironed for 30-50 seconds. You do have to allow the letters to cool a bit and set to the fabric before peeling the baking off. They do not work on really stretchy fabric. Other than the stretchy fabric they work and look good.
