Haven't had any restless leg since I started taking this formula. And even though they are tablets the break down and absorb well. I tried their chewable iron and that didn't work. I also take methyl folate and magnesium. The 3 of them together work like a charm.It is very effective, My blood count went form 8.5 to 10.5 in 3 weeks while taking this twice a day. It didn't break down in my body the way it is supposed to and caused me pain. But once I crushed it into a powder, I didn't have any problems. Try taking it with a vitamin C chewable or a glass of orange juice or Emergen-C. Iron is absorbed better when taken with vitamin C.Not too big, easy to swallow, not too terrible of a taste if it gets stuck on your tongue.Excellent results for absorbent, no taste, comfortable size tablet to swallow. Love the product.One tablet is 20mg, which is close to the RDA for women of childbearing age. It's hard to find the moderate dosage in an iron supplement.This product is great as it does not bind up your bowels, it is made so it assist in that area and elimination is easy unlike the ferris sulfate that binds and makes elimination very uncomfortable.Die Eisen Tabletten halten was ich mir davon versprochen habe.
