Thor/Iron Man: God Complex collects issues #1-4 of Iron Man/Thor and the single-issue Thor Spotlight (a collection of interviews, promotional material, and sketches), all originally published between 2010 and 2011. Continuity-wise, this follows directly after the events of Good artwork. Nice use of two underused villans in the High Evolutionary and Diablo. Good price. Harkens back to the kind of quality standalone sci-fi tales they were doing from the late 70's or early 80's.This was a great story. Very involving. A great use of the characters. High Evolutionary is looking for make a new Pantheon of Gods for the modern man. What could go wrong?Great graphics. The God of Thunder and the Armored Avenger taking on the mystical and scientific when they fight the High Evolutionary, Diablo, Ulik the Troll, and the Crisom Dynamo. Amazing story by DnA with great art by Scott Eaton. It's a great story to read⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️GREAT STORYHmmm so I wish I could say this was a good book. I had been wanting to see a team up with Thor and Iron Man for some time, but this did not deliver the punch I expected. The storyline was creative but it was too far fetched even for a comic. It even isn't that long a storyline either so I did feel a little let down by the price I payed too (£10). The art work was ok but again I felt let down in some areas with just too much going on in. All in all I would say not a book I'd be happy to get in hindsight.Works as a standalone with a story that's "meh". So many better stories of these heroes though.God Complex takes place after the Siege storyline. I recently read Avengers Prime and this book could be read alongside that one as sequels to Siege. The story is fast moving and fantastical and definitely is not trying to make any serious points. It's basically a good fun tale of good guys fighting bad in colourful situations. It's certainly not ground breaking but there was nothing about it I didn't enjoy. The story moved smoothly and at a reasonable pace for a modern comic and the art was good. Overall, not massively memorable and not as good as Avengers Prime, but still an enjoyable read. 3.8 out of 5. Included at the back is some pages about how the book came together and info about earlier Iron Man and Thor team ups.
