I'm iron deficient and after using all sorts of iron supplements in pill form, a family friend suggested Floravit. After a short time of using it, it's working!I haven't had any of the nasty side effects that the pills gave me. I continue to focus on my diet -- you need to eat read meat or vegetarians eat a lot of other iron-rich foods and use this product. Both supplements and diet are needed to maintain your iron levels.
