Have used this for years and love the formula. As I use other individual supplements, only two are taken per day. The main reason, my personal opinion, is capsules, gel caps, liquids are basically what I trust to get into my system. So far, it seems to work well. Yes, the reasoning of "expensive urine" is still out there. But then, insurance has always been a part of life and this is probably the cheapest insurance you can get to be sure what your body needs in the way of vitamins and minerals to help get all the enzymes, hormones, and other functions of your system working together to keep your body in a natural healthy balance...but then that is my opinion. Good Luck.I started taking these vitamins as recommended by my chiropractor. I have a very sensitive digestive system, lupus, and multiple food allergies. Most supplements upset my stomach but these do not. Also, I noticed that when I do not take them I begin to feel run down. Because you can take up to 8 a day, the dose can be spread out through the day. I only take 2-3 a day.Like the vitamins a lot!I have taken many supplements over the years so I am careful about the amount active ingredients versus "filler" in inexpensive vitamins. My Regenerative Medicine physician recommended this brand. I started using this approx two yrs ago and have experienced no unpleasant side effects as I have with other brands.I have been taking Alfa base for about 5 years and I love it. No stomach upset and I could feel the difference how I felt when I first started taking them. Now I have my wife on Alfa Base w/o Iron, she likes them also. Very good product.Have been taking this vitamin for several months. Really makes a difference in the way I feel. When I don't take it I drag terribly. It seems to be hard to think properly. Have to keep it in my daily regimen.I've been taking these for about 3 weeks now and can feel a vital difference in my body.
