Too much trouble for such tiny results. Getting the correct heat, then holding the tool perfectly against the wood for just the perfect amount of time. No matter how much I practice, I seldom get a perfect legible result. I wouldn’t order it again!I bought this as a gift and the seller was very helpful in customizing it.Very nice product and worth the money.Very happy the way it came out. I recommend this company whole heartedly.Quite happy with our 2 stamps. Now we’d like to put our stamp image into a jpeg (or similar) computer file to make business cards, use on our new website, and more. If this possible? Can we purchase these?Nice item but a bit on the small sideMy wife and I love our brand . We use it to brand the back of each art piece we finish. Wonderful craftsmanship.I purchased the 2” and it works wonderful. I noticed that it works best (my opinion) if you heat it really good and when placing on wood to not press too hard and not to hold it on wood for too long. Light pressure and about 2-3 seconds. Definitely recommend. Also when I emailed questions I got a response in a short Amount of timeI love my brand with one exception. There is no way for me to tell when the brand is level when in use. The line on the top of the BACK of the brand (which I assume is supposed to tell me the brand is level) is about 10° off. I had to actually etch the outside of the brand so I would know when it was upright.It is what I wanted for a great price and they were really nice when I contacted them for the design. Very happyThe tool is what I was looking for and works great.
