The ribbed surface of the cast iron Panini Press is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. Crafted from our legendary cast iron, the Panini Press has the same exceptional heat distribution and retention qualities for even browning. Heat the panini press first on the stovetop or oven, then place on top of sandwiches for toasted perfection. While the cast iron panini press is compatible with most heating elements, it is not recommended for use on glass or ceramic stovetops.
