Positives: no flavor, easily swallowed, doesn't cause constipation or diarrhea, no stomach distress, can be taken with or without food. It is not always available in stores/pharmacies, so I suspect a lot of people like this particular brand. It contains both HIP and PIC (basically animal and plant based iron). It is expensive but my husband and I both require iron supplements, so I order multiple bottles online for convenience.
