I bought this one to replace my previous MKboo automatic curling iron but it has not preformed as well. I have only had it since March 2023 and now its' stopped working altogether. I should have returned it in the beginning when I suspected it was hard to use, unlike my old one:- Does not hold a charge (has to be charged a lot). Really hard to rely on.- The instructions on how to use are confusing...ex. what all the "dots" mean, when is it charged enough, etc..- I just finished charging and it still doesn't work.- Very temperamental on how much hair can go in the barrel.My old one had a cord and it was a better design.I'd send back if I could...I will not buy from them again.
