Love this Flat Iron! It was recommended to me by My Stylist and I could not be more pleased.It heats up nicely and leaves my hair so soft and shiny. The case and heatresistant Pad are an awesome addition if you travel frequently. The only reason I did not give it5 stars is that the temp is reading in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit which makes it a little confusingfor temperature settings but once I read the instructions I am sure I can figure out how to changeit. I have recently only used Paul Mitchell Irons but since they are getting harder and harder to come bythis is quickly becoming a favorite.Update: changing from Celsius to Fahrenheit was as easy as holding down both temp control buttons at the same time.Still loving this great flat iron.The straightener will only stay on for 3 minutes and then goes into sleep mode. I even tried using it continuously and got the same results. Contacted the seller and no returns because it is greater than 30 days. This item was purchased as a Christmas gift on Black Friday, which put me outside of the 30 day return policy by the vendor. After engaging Amazon the vendor agreed to an exchange of the product. After trying the straightener again it started working properly, so I decided to keep the straightener. When I plugged it in, there was a peculiar smell. I did not think much of it as it went away. Now, about 6 months later the straightener burnt off my hair and melted around the plates.I would not buy this product again from this seller, or recommend it to anyone. They had originally sent me the wrong straightener as well.Great straightener, high quality, and heats up quickly. Goes to sleep if you don’t use it for a few minutes, which can be frustrating, but it heats back up in an instant. Auto shutoff feature is nice too.I own this product. Enjoy it so much that I purchased one for my daughter. She has really curly hair and it gets hot enough to straighten very efficiently.Je l'adore.
