Just had this delivered yesterday and already put it in to action. I was prepping personal chicken pot pies and didn't want to have to pull out the flour and rolling pin. Took out the pie crust from the fridge that had been chilling, set up the tortilla press and ziplock bag and made mini pie crust tops for my ramekins. Perfect size and way less work.
